¿Where to stay in Madrid?

Hace tiempo cuando pensaba en independizarme, la vi buscando en idealista..

me pareció preciosa, pero mi sueldo de trabajadora recién licenciada no me daba para alquilarla...

Tiempo más tarde intenté buscarla pero no la encontré,

hace un mes viendo las posibilidades de decoración de una casa con un amigo

esta casa volvió a mi en medio de una conversación... el mundo es un pañuelo TOTALMENTE, me parece realmente preciosa y un increíble sitio donde quedarse para una visita a Madrid

que viaja por el mundo en busca de algo que contar...

The White Loft in Chueca (Madrid)








Stay in the exclusive "White Loft": 2 BEDROOMS + 2 BATHROOMS ensuite, spacious 860 square feet, has capacity for 4-5 people.




With its two large french balconies, is located right in the famous Plaza de Chueca, probably the trendiest area in the city, with its restaurants, sidewalk cafés and cool stores. And totally central, just 5 min. walk to Sol and Gran Vía. Metro station is right at the entrance, but you barely need it, you can walk everywhere.










Inside, the ceilings are 3,3 m high and the colour of the walls and wooden floor is white, which gives a great sensation of airiness and brightness. Spaces are configured in a convenient open plan, with 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms ensuite.






Belonging to a photographer, exhibits artwork on the walls. Fittins and furnishings are new, having just undergone a complete refurbishment. Design and quality until the smallest detail. The outlook is that of a simply tastefull place.


















ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES






A white 3 m high sliding door leads into the open plan living area. The extremelly bright living room is furnished with one 3-seater leather sofa, one barroque armchair, a desk and a Bertoia wire chair, an stylish old bookcase acquired from antique store. Large format photograph of Nepal on the wall, and circled white lamps hanging.


The master bedroom, separated by two original wooden columns, consists of a queen-sized bed, an antique mirror and a modern fitted wardrobe. A glass wall decorated with a large photograph of Myanmar gives privacy to the bathroom and is also the headboard. Bathroom ensuite, with stainless walls decoration and modern squared sink.


Two french balconies, 3 m high, overlook the Plaza, equipped with the best double glazing isolation, and the original wooden shutters. Outside, a 5 m long stylish iron rail baranda.




The spacious complete kitchen is also a dining room and is equipped with fridge freezer, 3 ring induction magnetic ceramic hob, central table with 4 Eiffel chairs, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The rounded mirror and glass lamps of the 70's were acquired from a design store. The room has another balcony facing an indoor patio.
At the end of the flat, a second large double bedroom with its own bathroom ensuite, has its own window to the patio, a queen-sized bed (1.5m x 2.00m), a big 2,4 m high wardrobe, a desk and black and white fine art photographs from India.
Undeniably, these features and its location, place this elegant appartment among the most convenient.
